Looking for a part-time Accounting Clerk in Rapid City, SD!

Pay : $18-$22/hr

Hours : Part-time M-F (8am-2pm during training, 8am-12pm/2pm after training)

Location : Rapid City, SD 57703

Position Type: Temporary (4-6 months)

Responsibilities

• Using Microsoft Outlook to access organization purchase requests (PR)

• Review purchase requests as per organization procedures

• Using accounting software to create Purchase Orders

• Interact via Outlook, Teams, or phone with others in the organization as necessary

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED

• General office experience

• Exemplify excellent customer service and foster a collaborative work environment

• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

• Familiarity and/or experience working with American Indian populations and respect for and knowledge of traditional, cultural and spiritual practices of diverse American Indian communities, as well as an ability to work with other culturally and ethnically diverse populations
