Description We are on the hunt for a proficient Account Manager to be a part of our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in the Marketing/PR industry and is situated in Montvale, New Jersey, United States. As an Account Manager, your role will encompass the management of customer accounts, resolving inquiries, and maintaining customer records. Moreover, your role will involve handling the processing of customer credit applications.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage customer accounts and ensure they are monitored appropriately.

• Resolve all customer inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Handle the processing of customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.

• Maintain customer records with a high degree of accuracy.

• Utilize 3M and other Accounting Software Systems effectively for customer account management.

• Leverage ADP - Financial Services for financial management related to customer accounts.

• Employ ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for effective communication and data transfer.

• Use CRM and About Time tools for efficient customer relationship management and time management.

• Oversee accounting functions related to customer accounts and ensure their smooth operation.

• Handle billing functions and ensure timely and accurate billing.

• Participate in budget processes and ensure they align with customer account management requirements.

• Assist in campaign planning to further enhance customer relationships. Requirements • Proficiency in 3M products and systems

• Experience with various Accounting Software Systems

• Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services

• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems

• Experience in using About Time software

• Ability to handle Accounting Functions effectively

• Experience in managing Billing Functions

• Understanding of Budget Processes in a corporate setting
