We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Product Manager responsible for a significant portion of our e-commerce platform. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products in a fast-paced, competitive environment. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple product areas, ensuring alignment with overall company goals and maximizing business impact.
Although this is a fully remote position, this team requests the Senior Product Manager to be available for EST hours and able to travel to the Dearborn, MI area approximately 4-6 times per year.
Onsite work of up to three days per week may be required for candidates within commuting distance of a Ford hub location.
What you'll do...
Strategic Leadership: Define and champion the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned product areas, aligning with overall company objectives and market trends.
Product Roadmap Development: Create and maintain comprehensive product roadmaps, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
Market Analysis & Research: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product strategy. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders across various departments (engineering, marketing, sales, etc.). Build strong relationships and influence decision-making.
Prioritization & Execution: Prioritize and manage multiple product initiatives simultaneously, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
Metrics & Analysis: Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for improvement. Use data to drive decision-making.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure seamless product development and launch.
Innovation & Experimentation: Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging the team to explore new ideas and technologies.
You'll have...
Bachelor’s degree
7+ years of experience in Product Management
3+ years of experience in successfully launching and scaling products in a full-funnel e - Commerce environment, collaborating closely with UI/UX, engineers, stakeholders and others
Even better, you may have...
MBA or Master’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing or related field
Modern website architecture experience leveraging reusable componentry and design system.
Deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape, including key metrics, best practices, and competitive dynamics.
Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
