Red Hat Senior Field Role Architect - Commercial and Industry in Raleigh, North Carolina

About the job

As a Senior Field Role Architect, you help drive the future growth and effectiveness of Red Hat field associates within the Segment teams (with an initial focus on Commercial and Industry specific strategies) by engaging stakeholders and the learner base to analyze organizational structures, responsibilities, and work processes to determine the optimal enablement strategy for them. For the programs and initiatives that compose the enablement strategy, you will provide leadership as a key enablement stakeholder to the team or at times act as program manager to drive successful execution of them. To show effectiveness of the strategy and identify areas to continually improve them, develop methods for measuring the impact of the programs, and to share and discuss with stakeholders. In this role, you'll be seen as a learning ambassador, a learning SME and will orchestrate a cross-functional team of people focused on enablement vision and innovation resulting in engaging and impactful learning experiences for our learning audiences.

What you will do

  • Connect regularly with stakeholders and learner-base to gather and validate enablement requirements

  • Develop and execute an Segment enablement strategy of priority skill development areas for learner-base (with an initial focus on Commercial and Industry specific strategies) that aligns with company business goals and industry best practices

  • Advocate for the needs of your learner-base to global enablement teams and across Red Hat Learning

  • Be accountable for the successful execution of the programs and projects that are part of the enablement strategy

  • Perform project and program management responsibilities for select projects that are part of the enablement strategy

  • Compile metrics and report progress of enablement strategy to leadership and key stakeholders

  • Drive the vision and innovation of new global enablement and organizational effectiveness strategies within Red Hat

What you will bring

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (executive and individual contributor levels)

  • Excellent influence, facilitation, collaboration, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Experience managing programs and projects

  • Experience with change management frameworks

  • Experience with enterprise IT industry

  • Experience with executive stakeholder management and building relationships

  • Experience with adult learning methodologies and sales enablement trends

  • Ability to collaborate with a diverse, global, cross-functional team

The salary range for this position is $103,290.00 - $170,500.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

Pay Transparency

Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
