You will utilize their expertise to aid in developing effective business strategies and priorities, working closely with the management team to implement plans successfully.

  • Understands the supported software within the context of the Customer Experience

  • How to use

  • How to configure

  • How to setup data to best show application and reporting to existing and prospective clients

  • How to achieve Customer goals

  • Provides technical expertise during the sales process

  • Performs solution support (solving the problem) for existing customers with little to no supervision

  • Understands how to access available resources, and to build potential solutions, when applicable

  • Has ability to create solution data profiles

  • Setup demonstration database(s)

  • Manage existing and future data

  • Understand how different configurations may impact Customer experience

  • Demonstrates solution support for prospective customers

  • Recommends and implements programs to support customer needs

  • Feels comfortable teaching, demonstrating to, selling to medium and upper-level business executives with little to no support

  • Virtual

  • On-site, where needed (less than 25% travel expected)

  • Can provide training to existing product customers for new and existing features

  • Understands the Customer Experience, and who can:

  • Resolve technical/configuration issues with existing client, or

  • Identify need for selling interaction

  • For example, client appears to require additional training, and would benefit through additional purchase of training hours

  • Solves complex problems, and contributes to process/product improvements

Requirements and Recommended Skills:

  • Have a solid technical background in the relevant industry

  • Be adept at providing technical support and solutions to customers

  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Have a proven track record of contributing to the development of business strategies

  • Be capable of executing functional business plans to achieve sales targets

  • Demonstrate excellent collaboration and teamwork skills

  • Have experience in conducting technical product demonstrations and presentations

  • Be familiar with working in a dynamic sales environment

  • Must be comfortable with SaaS software products

  • Purpose and use

  • Development (ability/willingness to learn)

  • Secure design (ability/willingness to learn)

  • Ability to configure your software through UI and other means (ability/willingness to learn)

  • Has experience working in applications from a report building or analytics capacity

  • Using/analyzing report data

  • Building reports/dashboards through application UI or data warehouse

  • Must be comfortable with MS Office, or similar products, including but not limited to:

  • Word

  • PowerPoint

  • Excel

  • Visio

  • Must be a team player, who also is comfortable in working alone and with little-to-no supervision during the workday

  • Must be a problem solver who looks for innovative solutions possible within the context of the supported product

  • Must be comfortable providing public speaking, or written communications to internal/external Customers

  • Must be comfortable with virtual meeting technology and related topics (e.g., mute management, virtual meeting software, virtual meeting manners, etc.)
