Job Title: Part-Time 3rd Shift Medical Courier

Job Description:

Join our team as a Part-Time 3rd Shift Medical Courier and play a vital role in healthcare delivery! In this position, you will collect lab specimens from various accounts and transport them safely and efficiently to our laboratories for testing. This role demands sharp critical thinking skills to navigate logistical challenges and uphold the integrity of every specimen, making you an essential link in the patient care process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform pick-ups and drop-offs for scheduled and On-Call accounts.

  • Work independently, using problem-solving skills to address obstacles.

  • Operate during the 3rd shift, from 6 PM to 5 AM, for 2-3 nights per week.

  • Follow and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Maintain and safely operate a company-provided vehicle in all weather conditions.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to drive for extended periods.

  • Minimum age of 21 years.

  • High School diploma or GED.

  • Valid Driver’s License.

  • Clean Motor Vehicle Record for the past 5 years (no more than one moving violation).

  • Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

  • Possession of a smartphone (iOS, Android, etc.).

  • Willingness to work some Saturdays.

  • Openness to coaching and feedback.
