Robert Half Marketing Assistant in Raleigh, North Carolina

Description We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role primarily involves coordinating and executing flagship events and working closely with various stakeholders. The position is a temporary contract opportunity in the non-profit sector.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and produce annual events while managing all project delivery elements within specific time limits.

• Liaise with a variety of stakeholders, including vendors, volunteers, attendees, and organization staff, to ensure smooth coordination of events.

• Develop event budgets, monitor expenditures, and provide periodic budgetary updates.

• Manage supplier relationships, including negotiating contracts and overseeing their fulfillment.

• Collaborate with the communication and marketing team to promote events and ensure maximum reach and impact.

• Evaluate event outcomes based on feedback and key metrics.

• Conduct pre- and post- event evaluations and report outcomes to key organization stakeholders.

• Utilize skills in CRM, Database, EO/IR systems, Google Analytics, and other digital marketing tools to optimize event planning and execution.

• Deliver exceptional customer service while planning and executing events.

• Plan and execute special events as needed. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years experience in a Marketing Assistant role or similar position

• Proficient in CRM and Database systems

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems

• Experience with Facebook Insights and Google Analytics

• Proven experience in creating effective Advertisements

• Strong understanding of Brand Awareness strategies

• Experience in designing Brochures and other promotional materials

• Proficient in Campaign Planning and execution

• Excellent Customer Service skills

• Experience in Event Planning, including Special Event Planning

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
