UNLIMITED RECOVERY LLC Dispatcher - Personal Property Impound in Raleigh, North Carolina

We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our crew as PPI Dispatchers. This position is hourly, and it provides an average annual income of approximately $35,000-$45,000. This is a great job opportunity for those with limited mobility or other physical disabilities!
What You'll Do: Dispatchers areresponsible for data-entering all service calls, coordinating with drivers to ensure contracted services are provided in an effecient and timely manner, and carefully documenting all towing events in the dispatch system. PPI Dispatchers also act as the face of the company by interacting directly with vehicle owners to collect towing, impoundment, and stroage fees. Outstanding customer services skills and attention to detail are crucial in this role to ensure towing operations are documented according to both compnay policy and legal regulations. Demonstrate your leadership skills by working as a team with drivers, managing and prioritizing calls effeciently, mastering the dispatch system, acting as a mentor to new dispatchers, and positioning yourself for future career growth by identifying workflow, process, and efficiency improvements. Strong leaders with exceptional customer service ability can transition into roles such as Dispatch Team Lead, Dispatch Supervisor, Skiptracing, or move into leadership roles at other locations as the company expands.
What You'll Need:*
- Prior experience helpful, but not becessary - paid training provided
