Description

We are in search of a Project Coordinator to be a part of our team, located in Quincy, Massachusetts. This role is centered around defining business and system requirements, managing project plans, and conducting industry research to contribute to our strategic objectives. You will be involved in business analysis project planning and management, and also in the acquisition, analysis, and dissemination of subject matter knowledge.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate user meetings and interviews to define business and system requirements

• Develop use cases and resolve issues through research

• Participate in business analysis project planning and management by documenting and maintaining plans

• Manage issue logs and prepare project documentation

• Analyze current processes and recommend solutions and improved processes

• Oversee the acquisition, analysis, and dissemination of subject matter knowledge

• Provide technical and business knowledge to clients

• Keep abreast of technological and competitive developments

• Conduct research on industry practices and standards, and other benchmarking data

• Code and maintain business application programs from user instructions or formal functional specifications

• Participate in the analysis and testing phases in the development cycle

• Work with the Product Owner to define requirements, capture requirements during team meetings

• Work with the Development lead to ensure that the requirements are captured at a detailed level.

Requirements • Proficiency in business analysis and ability to conduct competitor analysis.

• Demonstrable experience with project planning and benchmarking.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to resolve issues effectively.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Experience with JIRA and other relevant technological tools.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to maintain detailed logs and documentation.

• Proficiency in research and research analysis.

• Experience in planning processes and ability to provide effective training.

• Ability to work onsite and interact with suppliers as required.

• Experience with video tools and software.

• Ability to conduct interviews and capture necessary information.

• Understanding of governance practices and ability to implement them in business processes.

• Familiarity with 'About Time' software for project management.
