JOB SUMMARY Our organization is interested in hiring an experienced candidate to join as a Talent Acquisition Assistant.
As a Talent Acquisition Assistant, the employee is responsible for guiding the new hire with onboarding from the offer to the very first day of the job. The employee is also responsible for collecting all the required documents and ensuring all pre-hire contingencies are completed.
This employee needs to know the ins and outs of the Human Resources Management and Onboarding process. To succeed in this job role, the employee will be helping all candidates become prepared with all required access and instruction leading to new employee orientation (NEO). The employee will be developing new policies for Blessing Health System in the onboarding space and reviewing existing policies.
In addition to this, the employee will be preparing, sending, and receiving all new hire electronic packets. The employee will be responsible for answering all the queries from the new employees as we help them integrate into their role. The employee should possess strong knowledge and understanding of HR labor legislation and various HR practices and Blessing Health System policies and procedures.
The employee possesses extraordinary communication skills. The employee also must possess excellent time management skills and the ability to manage tasks in an effective and efficient manner.
This position requires full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Blessing Hospital. It is expected that the employee demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values while supporting the strategic plan, goals and direction of the Performance Improvement Process (PIP) at Blessing Hospital.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education/Training/Experience: REQUIRED:
High School diploma or equivalency.
PREFERRED:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, Human Services, Psychology or related major.
