JOB SUMMARY The faculty role is to teach students at Blessing-Reiman College of Nursing & Health Sciences.
This position requires responsibility for a broad variety of duties including teaching/learning, college/community service, scholarly activities/professional practice, and personal/professional development.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education/Training/Experience: REQUIRED:
Must have at least a Master’s degree with Major in Nursing
Licensed as a Registered Nursing in MO and IL
At least two years experience in clinical nursing practice
Demonstrates clinical, teaching, and scholarly competencies
Demonstrates leadership ability
Commitment to the mission, philosophy, and conceptual framework of the College
Ability to work within a group structure
PREFERRED:
Earned doctorate in nursing or related field
Prior teaching experience
Participation in professional organizations
