    JOB SUMMARY The faculty role is to teach students at Blessing-Reiman College of Nursing & Health Sciences.

    This position requires responsibility for a broad variety of duties including teaching/learning, college/community service, scholarly activities/professional practice, and personal/professional development.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS Education/Training/Experience: REQUIRED:

  • Must have at least a Master’s degree with Major in Nursing

  • Licensed as a Registered Nursing in MO and IL

  • At least two years experience in clinical nursing practice

  • Demonstrates clinical, teaching, and scholarly competencies

  • Demonstrates leadership ability

  • Commitment to the mission, philosophy, and conceptual framework of the College

  • Ability to work within a group structure

    PREFERRED:

  • Earned doctorate in nursing or related field

  • Prior teaching experience

  • Participation in professional organizations
