In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• To extract data from business systems, clean, and format the data based on the expected report output.

• To analyze partner requirements from an existing report and provide recommendations based on customer requests.

• To communicate issues or concerns to the Operational Excellence Manager and other partners regarding the result of the analysis.

• To conceptualize and develop reports and dashboards designed to aid the day-to-day operations of the Customer Care team.

Who You Are:

You are an individual who is passionate about diving into complex data to find opportunities and provide concrete strategic insights to drive continuous improvement. You can efficiently generate accurate, high-quality reports. You can work well independently, developing reports and dashboards, as well as collaborating with other groups as needed. You pay attention to detail and can tell the story by relating data to process operations. You can share your analysis and influence customers and collaborators in decision-making and planning.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or other related fields.

• 5 years of relevant work experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Insights.

• Relevant experience in data mining, data processing, analysis, and report preparation.

• High proficiency in dashboard creation and using data visualization tools for report generation.

• Strong analytical and reasoning skills for data interpretation and analysis.
