By joining us as a Lead Specialist, Integrated Marketing , you will be driving the tactical execution of Emerson’s Digital Marketing initiatives and the achievement of business objectives through content writing, conceptualizing, designing, and producing a wide range of printed and/or digital material while adhering to the Emerson guidelines for consistency and uniformity in support of Emerson’s marketing strategies.

In this capacity, you will drive the tactical execution of marketing initiatives for internal and external customers through digital marketing campaigns, events and lead management, internal communication, results analysis, and other marketing support for the business unit.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• To lead and handle the execution of integrated marketing campaign tactics with resources from other teams (e.g., marketing automation, social media, digital advertising) within the timeline.

• To build content for marketing campaigns and collaterals (e.g., storyboards, scripts, print materials, web content).

• To monitor the organization's social media and marketing event calendar with the partners and ensure that social media content and events are reviewed and logged in the different project and content management tools.

• To work closely with marketing teams in building and testing paid digital campaigns following a data-driven approach to meet marketing and business goals.

• To review leads in CRM and assign leads to the respective lead concierge.

• To handle the execution of internal communications newsletters and campaigns for AP MSOL and relevant functions such as planning, HR, and sales).

• To build reports on marketing campaigns and present them to country and business unit marketing teams.

Who You Are:

You have a strong understanding of integrated and digital marketing and can put together strategies and campaign designs targeting a B2B audience. You are a good communicator who has a strong drive for results and exhibits passion and enthusiasm to get things done. You are interpersonally savvy and can collaborate and efficiently work with people at any level.

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or equivalent.

• 4.5 years of cumulative experience in Integrated/Digital Marketing.

• Proven knowledge and experience in implementing marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and internal communications.

• Knowledgeable in event management.

• Proficient in project management.
