By joining us as a Category Analyst II, IT Vendor Management Organization (VMO) , you will be one of the key resources for the IT Director of VMO by providing support, research, contract management, and financial analysis services.

In this capacity, you will work with various team members within the VMO to track and monitor contract progress and report to management. This gives you a vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supporting operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation.

As a Category Analyst II, IT Vendor Management Organization, you will:

  • Support the Vendor Management Organization in its day-to-day activities.

  • Help manage document retention for completed contracts.

  • Collect data and/or conduct analysis of spend and usage to ensure compliance with agreements and optimal usage, and to identify leverage opportunities.

  • Transfer raw data into structured and consumable information.

  • Create reports and dashboards to analyze and interpret data.

  • Empower decision-making to improve efficiency, enhance customer service, and manage risk by interpreting complex data sets.

  • Assist in RF(X) preparation.

  • Identify new areas of opportunity for Copeland through project work and research.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or other related field.

  • 1-3 years of work experience in the finance, Information Technology, or IT strategic sourcing field.

  • Experience in gathering data from primary and secondary sources to generate reports using Excel and Power BI.

  • Proficiency in Excel and other tools that facilitate large volumes of data (Excel, SQL, Access).
