As an Engineer I, Technical Services, you will:

• Provide technical assistance to all customers, OEM customers, and sales through phone, email, and chat.

• Provide professional services and technical support for Copeland products.

• Conduct application reviews and technical and quality reviews of products.

• Monitor application engineering bulletin creation, review, and maintenance.

• Perform other functions that may be deemed necessary to deliver the output guided by the company’s vision, mission, and employee policies.

You are an adaptable person who is skilled at technical analysis and quick to absorb new knowledge. You can efficiently carry out tasks independently and provide high-quality service. You consistently strive to deliver appropriate assistance to clients in need. You can proficiently communicate ideas, collaborate, and efficiently work with people at any level, excelling in a team environment.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with knowledge of HVACR.

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience in the field of HVACR, including controls

• Experience in Refrigeration Rack Systems and Supermarket Refrigeration systems.

• Basic understanding of electrical circuits and can interpret circuit diagrams.

• Basic computer hardware, software, and networking (IT) skills.
