Copeland Assistant Manager Pricing in Quezon City, Philippines

You will have a strong background in B2B pricing strategies, data and analytics skills, process management, and the ability to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful strategy implementation.

In this capacity, you will have the chance to lead the price plan and price gain/loss forecasts for Asia, the Middle East, and Africa (AMEA) under the direction of the Pricing Director. You will work with regional leaders to create and track price plans and improve our use of best-practice strategic frameworks and analytical techniques. This gives you a very vital role in helping drive growth platforms and supporting operational pillars while striving for long-term value creation.

As a Pricing Manager, you will:

  • Lead and manage the overall strategy, planning, and implementation of key pricing processes, projects, and activities.

  • Ensure strong client and partner management, collaborating with key functions such as product marketing, lifecycle management, regional sales, and finance.

  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.

  • Present project updates, potential risks, and proposed solutions to leadership.

  • Prepare executive presentations, pricing strategy updates, and support for key management planning meetings.

  • Support sales staff with the materials and tools required to improve price realization.

  • Mentor and guide project team members, encouraging a collaborative environment.

Who You Are:

You are a strategic problem solver and an agile learner who has a strong drive for results to get things done. You have a strong financial acumen, and display expertise in analytical methods to create insights, and are excellent at presenting results and findings to global leaders. You can proficiently communicate and operate in a matrixed and cross-functional multinational organization. You are interpersonally savvy and can collaborate and efficiently work with people at any level.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or Finance; with an MBA or advanced degree in Business, Analytics, or Finance, is a plus.

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B pricing strategy and analytics.

  • Extensive process management experience in a multinational environment with people leadership experience.

  • Experience working cross-functionally in a matrix environment and at different levels of the organization, from frontline up to senior management.

  • Proficiency in Data Storytelling and Root Cause or Gap Analysis.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power Query, and Power BI (including pivot tables, sophisticated formulas, and macros).
