Contingent Upon Contract Award
Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Security Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in security management, assessments, and law enforcement, as well as criminal justice operations. This role requires a deep understanding of training and training development, along with a proven track record in establishing and implementing complex programs and policies. Proficient in SharePoint and MicroSoft Office products.
Requirements:
Experience in security management, assessments, law enforcement and criminal justice operations.
Experience in training and training development; and experience establishing and implementing complex programs and policies.
Experience in recommending and writing organizational training and procedure documents; developing and conducting virtual training; setting guidelines for curriculum development and training; evaluate management/assessment methodology, preparing and conducting high level briefings, conducting research, preparing reports and special studies.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years relevant and specialized experience and bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Current Secret Clearance (T3-T3R) is required.
Proficiency in using and maintaining criminal justice databases and systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Telework with 2 days a week in office in the National Capital Region (NCR) area.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
