Job DescriptionOverviewLocation: Candiate must lives 90 miles from PepsiCo's office location in either Puchase, NY (preferred) or Plano, TX. Role is HYBRID. Candidate should expect to be in office 2 days a week. The Manager, Retirement, People Experience, and Operations support the North American retirement agenda with excellence in execution, administration, and compliance for the defined benefit plans in the U.S. and Puerto Rico. The manager will be responsible for leading DB projects, M&A activities, and the US and Puerto Rico Administration (DB). In addition, this role will manage claims and appeals across all plans (DB/DC) and maintain both the Operation Manual and Documentation Library. The role will work closely with the Retirement Center of Excellence (CoE), Global HR Operations, IT, Treasury, Tax, Control, and Legal. For context, PepsiCo has approx. $20 billion DB pension with 200,000 DB pension plan participants.#LI-HYBRIDResponsibilities* Manage day-to-day administration and compliance for US and Puerto Rico DB plans, partner with vendors and key stakeholders on program management, manage and resolve issues, and optimize programs.* Partner with the retirement COE and other internal partners on DB and data enhancement projects, leading implementation with excellence in execution.* Develop and deliver monthly project and data enhancement progress updates in partnership with vendors; manage vendor scorecards.* Manage the claims and appeals process for DB/DC plans.* Maintain the Operations Manual for Retirement Operations.* Support the annual valuation process and provide audit support to SMEs.* Manage Sr. Analyst (DB SME).Compensation and Benefits:* The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100.* Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting the actual starting salary.
