DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Tradesman Helper, you will assist a skilled tradesman in repair and preventive maintenance on a fleet of construction equipment and hand tools and performs semi-skilled trades work by assisting skilled tradesmen engaged in equipment maintenance and repair, building and grounds maintenance, construction, or allied trades work.

As part of your responsibilities, you will be required to carry out minor repairs and preventive maintenance tasks independently. This includes tasks such as replacing hoses, wires, light bulbs, lenses, filters, performing oil changes, lubrication, and repairing and mounting tires. Additionally, you will be responsible for accurately recording parts and time charges for the repairs. You may also need to operate a noncommercial vehicle for deliveries and pickups of parts, mail, and other related items, and report any equipment damage promptly.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS

Special Requirement: This position requires an active non-commercial Pennsylvania Class C driver's license or equivalent. Additional Requirements: You must be able to perform essential job functions.
