DESCRIPTION OF WORK

This role involves serving as the main timekeeper for the county office, acting as the main point of contact for field time, attendance, and payroll matters. You will be offering guidance on time-related concerns to employees, managers, supervisors, and others when required. You will also be educating employees on time and payroll policies, providing training on payroll coding, call time, overtime, holidays, standby time, leave codes, equipment, materials, and more as needed.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

One year as a Clerical Assistant 2 (commonwealth title);  or One year of moderately complex clerical experience; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Additional Requirements: You must be able to perform essential job functions.
