Job Requirements

At Aspen Dental, we believe in doing just about anything to make our patients smile. Our Patient Care Consultants play a vital role in doing just that. As a Patient Care Consultant, you will provide empathy and show enthusiasm to help support patients as they embark on their smile transformation. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will drive the process of educating and consulting our patients through their dental treatment journey while providing a meaningful experience.

Pay: $20 - $24 / hour + incentive opportunity

Work Experience

Responsibilities:

Serve as primary treatment plan consultor for new and existing patients

Show initiative in obtaining results with a focus on positive outcomes

Build patient confidence and trust by providing a clear understanding of their treatment plan and product offerings as outlined by the clinician

Follow-up with patients as they consider their treatment plan

Act as the point of contact for a patient after their initial new patient visit for questions

Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies and procedures, government regulations, and dental board standards

Build out payment plans for patients and align with their financial needs

Work collaboratively with other members of the dental office team to provide exceptional patient care

Ensure a smooth and seamless transition from consult to procedure

Qualifications:

2 years’ experience in consumer consultative sales

Excellent communication skills

Possess high empathy and compassion for patients

Team oriented
