Job Description:
The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall management and execution of operations within the organization. This role ensures that business processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals. The Senior Operations Manager will lead and mentor a team of operations professionals, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
HR Leadership:
Lead the recruitment strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and cultural fit.
Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and legal compliance.
Drive talent management initiatives, including succession planning, career development, and retention strategies.
Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure market competitiveness.
Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations in India.
Operations Management:
Lead and manage the overall operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes.
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals.
Monitor and manage budgets, optimizing cost-efficiency across departments.
Collaborate with senior leadership to drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
Operational Strategy & Execution:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Process Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvements and lead initiatives to optimize workflow, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Risk Management:
Identify potential risks in operations and develop mitigation strategies.
Ensure that all operations are compliant with legal and regulatory requirements.
Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on operational performance and present them to senior management.
Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
7-10 years of experience in operations & management
The ideal candidate should possess international working experience
Proven experience in strategic planning and execution.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HR software
Preferred Skills:
Experience in leading HR and operations in a technology or IT company.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making.
Experience in change management and organizational development.
