This role in summary

A System Integrator in Electric and Electronic Systems (EES) is a professional who specializes in integrating electrical and electronic components and systems specifically for home appliances. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing the electrical and electronic systems that power and control various home appliances, such as refrigerators, washing machines, dishwashers, ovens, and more.

This position will be part of our Global team, based in India (Pune , Ranjangoan ), having focus on Washing machine platforms.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Manage system integration of projects in Production Development Projects

  • With System Architect, translate the VOC to VOE, identify the architectures needed to execute the projects

  • Delivery of Projects as per commitment to meet P2, P4G and Quality Targets

  • Ensure project development activities are completed on time, meeting all requirements, including cost, quality & performance targets to support the project plans and project execution

  • Responsible for system level design/cost/quality/time trade-offs and technical decision making for issue resolution within the project/product plan guardrails, coordinating across EES Subsystems

  • Lead technical design reviews for project to provide an assessment of whether the project is within the architecture/project/product plan guardrails by working with key development team members (e.g. Subsystem teams, V&V Strategist, Project Leader) and by consulting with key architecture development team members when necessary (e.g. System Architect, Subsystem SMEs, V&V Strategist)

Minimum requirements

  • 7 years project Engineering & Technical Design Experience

  • Electrical Engineering or Controls and Automation Engineer or another electrical related Degree is a must;

  • Proven New Product development and execution experience in electrical and electronics related product.

  • System Integration capabilities, Critical Systems Thinker

  • Knowledge in given Product Platform (Refrigeration, Laundry, etc)

  • Project management

  • System design & system Integration

Preferred skills and experiences

es, the following experience and skills are valuable:

  • Project Management Certification;

  • OPEX Knowledge and Experience;

  • Understanding of electrical and electronic engineering principles, including circuit design, power systems, digital electronics, hardware, software and sensor technologie;

  • Problem-solving skills;

  • Understanding of industry standards, safety regulations, and energy efficiency requirements applicable to home appliances. Knowledge of certification processes (e.g., UL, IEC) is beneficial;

  • Collaboration skill to work within a multidisciplinary team, including engineers, designers, and technicians;

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines;

  • Effective time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects.
