In this role, you will be responsible for providing L1/L2 support, onboarding new applications, troubleshooting, triaging incidents.

Role Responsibilities

  • As a Customer Identity Support Analyst, you will support the Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) team.

  • You will be responsible for activities that include incident management, troubleshooting issues in Ping Directory and PingOne MFA, enabling MFA for user profiles, modifying user profile attributes in Ping APIs.

  • Profile deletion/cleanup for applications across the business, analyzing logs for user profiles in Kibana, Splunk, and PingOne.

  • Overall monitoring and health checks on environments.

  • Ticket triage and management.

  • This role proactively identifies degradations in service and makes decisions in responding to and solving incidents.

Role Requirements

  • Minimum 4 year of hands-on experience in an information security role and 1 year experience with Identity Access Management required.

  • 1 year of experience with Ping Identity preferred

  • Able to think logically and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues.

  • Ability to self-direct and work independently.
