Job Description

Design, develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for databases, applications, tools, networks etc.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will take an active role in the definition and evolution of standard practices and procedures. Define specifications for significant new projects and specify, design and develop software according to those specifications. You will perform professional software development tasks associated with the developing, designing and debugging of software applications or operating systems.

Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 8 or more years of software engineering or related experience.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a senior developer for our development team in Pune, IDC

• 13 + years of experience in product development

• 5+ experience in designing end-to-end solution for enterprise application.

• 5+ experience in designing SaaS product.

• Thorough understanding of OO principles, Core Java, Spring MVC, Hibernate, REST, SOAP

• Very good knowledge in Oracle db schema design.

• Track record of rapidly learning and incorporating new technologies into his/her skill set

• Thorough knowledge of programming best practices

• Expert analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to effectively communicate technical, business, and design information

• Proven ability to deliver high-quality, tested software on time

Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.

Experience in Oracle's UI library would be an added advantage.
