What does a Distribution Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola? In this role, you will be responsible for leading and developing our Distribution team. We are looking for a driven and engaging people leader with supply chain/ distribution knowledge and experience.
Responsibilities: Will be responsible for staffing, leading, mentoring, motivating and holding distribution/delivery team accountable to achieve business goals. Hold a leadership role in building relationships with delivery drivers, sales teams, and customers. Good understanding of nature of beverage, trucking or supply chain and delivery industry. Develop strategic distribution and customer execution plans to deliver product against budgeted volume, profit and expenses. Ensure adherence to beverage industry delivery standards, efficiencies and regulatory requirements. Requirements: With Bachelor's degree: 2 years of distribution leadership/supervisory experience With High School diploma: 5 years of industry-relevant experience, 2 years of leadership/supervisory experience Must be flexible and adaptable to rapid change in a fast-paced environment CDL is required (or must be able to obtain within 60 days of employment) Familiarity with DOT regulations Valid driver's license and driving record within Swire's MVR policy guidelines
Base pay range is $62,050 to $77,563 plus bonus structure(dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate's geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
