Description

We are searching for a diligent Attorney that is a member of the Rhode Island Bar to join the team of a large National firm! This role involves remote work and requires strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach. The selected candidate will be responsible for client consultations, reviewing and drafting legal documents, and resolving disputes. This position offers a long-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide superior customer service by handling high volumes of telephone consultations on a variety of legal matters.

• Review and interpret contracts and other legal documents meticulously.

• Draft legal documentation and correspondence accurately and comprehensively.

• Use strong advocacy and problem-solving skills to assist in dispute resolution.

• Maintain a high level of organization to meet compliance requirements and daily goals.

• Utilize strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with third parties.

• Manage multiple tasks at once in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrate strong electronic communication and computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Prioritize and manage time effectively to meet all daily goals independently.

• Use analytical skills to process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain accurate customer credit records.

Requirements • Possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school

• Must be licensed to practice law in the state

• Proficiency in briefing cases and preparing legal documents

• Experience in Civil Litigation and Claim Administration

• Knowledge in handling consumer complaints effectively

• Expertise in the field of Consumer Electronics is preferred

• Experience in drafting, negotiating, and interpreting commercial contracts

• Proficiency in dealing with legal contracts and reviewing contracts

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• High ethical standards and professional integrity

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional client service.
