Description We are seeking a Salesforce PM (Education Cloud) to join our team. Located in Princeton, New Jersey, this position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity. As a Salesforce PM, you will be responsible for project deliverables, business analysis, and maintaining vendor relations in the education industry.

Responsibilities:

• Implementing large-scale projects and working with Salesforce Education Cloud or similar Salesforce industry solutions.

• Conducting business analysis, including documenting business requirements, detailing issues and risks, and drafting business processes.

• Ensuring project deliverables are aligned with business and technology strategies.

• Handling complex business challenges, tight deadlines, and competing priorities.

• Working with Salesforce configurations, including reports, dashboards, flows, and automations.

• Leading Agile teams and potentially undertaking the role of a Product Owner when required.

• Managing vendor relations and system implementations, collaborating with cross-functional teams.

• Implementing Online Learning modules on the Salesforce Education Cloud.

• Utilizing knowledge of the Advancement operations and functions with respect to fundraising to support the needs of the Advancement office.

• Applying experience with Salesforce Advancement Modules and Salesforce Education Cloud implementations. Requirements • Salesforce PM (Education Cloud) role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant field.

• Applicant must possess a strong understanding of Cloud Technologies.

• Proficiency in CRM is essential for this role.

• The candidate should have a comprehensive knowledge of Business Process Functions.

• The ability to draft Business Requirement Documents is an essential requirement.

• The role requires expertise in Salesforce Configuration.

• The candidate should have experience in Cloud implementations.
