About Resolution Services

Resolution Services is a dynamic department that focuses on maintaining the integrity of student records. Our team utilizes critical thinking, subject matter expertise, and problem-solving skills to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of scores produced. We review student records, investigate missing materials, handle test day incidents, and manage other program-required functions. The Resolutions team plays a key role in quality initiatives and is committed to continuous innovation and improvement.

PAY RATE : $ 19.00

SHIFT: 8:00AM – 4:30PM

CONTRACT

RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Develop competency and knowledge of assigned processes and specific program subject matter.

• Adhere to established processes and ensure initial processing meets Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Quality Initiative standards.

• Report process issues or production errors to internal Resolutions management.

• Identify and recommend process changes and improvements.

• Maintain professional conduct in line with policies and procedures.

• Familiarize yourself with documentation and report missing or additional documents to supervising managers.

• Maintain regular attendance and adhere to work schedules.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Investigative skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Strong data analysis and quality control abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and basic PC skills.

• Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to multi-task and exhibit a high degree of flexibility.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired

Pay Details: $19.00 per hour
