SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

The Marketing Collateral Process Specialist is responsible for overseeing and supporting the approval and deployment processes for all marketing and promotional materials. The Specialist will support internal cross-functional stakeholders responsible for reviewing and approving new marketing collaterals. The Specialist will also be responsible for deploying newly approved materials into print distribution and/or across multiple digital platforms. The Specialist will be the administrator and subject matter expert on the relevant formal processes and enabling IT systems.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED

This position reports directly to the Director, Digital Marketing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for the marketing collateral approval and deployment processes and single point-of-contact for colleagues in marketing and other functions

  • Ensure all approved marketing collateral are correctly deployed into print distribution and/or across appropriate digital platforms including the Integra website, sales app and literature store

  • Conduct process and system training, manage system user accounts and assist with other day-to-day process or system-related requests

  • Implement governance and playbook processes related to change management activities such as mergers and acquisitions, system changes, divestitures.

  • Lead and project manage workstreams related to approval and deployment of materials.

  • Define, implement and monitor process metrics to identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement across the end-to-end marketing collateral approval and deployment processes

  • Provide data and information required to support Quality Audits conducted by regulatory agencies regarding Integra’s formal Promotional Material Approval and Promotional Material Deployment Processes

  • Financially in tune to support vendor invoices, purchase orders and the details of purchase requisition.

  • Performs other duties as required

DESIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position.

· Education: Bachelors degree

· Experience: 5+ years of experience in marketing or communications, ideally with formal marketing approval processes and systems

  • Knowledge of medical device industry promotional material requirements preferred.

· Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple requests at once

· Ability to collaborate well with cross-functional business partners across a matrix organization

· Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team situation

  • Ability to adapt quicky in fast-paced rapidly changing environment

  • “Self-starter” who takes initiative to solve problems or address issues

· Quick learner, easily absorb new processes and technology

This role is hybrid with three days onsite in Princeton, NJ and two days remote.
