EFES Mediterranean Grill LLC Food Service Manager in Princeton, New Jersey
EFES Mediterranean Grill LLC seeks a Food Service Manager with 2 years of experience as a Catering Manager; Event Planner; Event Producer; Food Service Manager; or any similar position related to catering & event planning. Job Duties: Assist in all aspects of food service operations, including menu development, food preparation, presentation, & quality control; Ensure compliance w. health & safety regulations, maintaining cleanliness & sanitation standards; Collaborate directly w. clients to understand their event vision, requirements, & preferences; Assist in the development of creative & tailored menus that align with clients' needs, dietary restrictions, & budget constraints; Plan catering logistics, including venue selection, setup, décor, & equipment rentals; Create detailed catering timelines & manage the execution of events from setup to breakdown; Research, source, prospect & solicit prospective clients; Plan catering from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, & objectives; Prepare budgets, coordinate financial aspects, & ensure adherence; Source & negotiate w. vendors & suppliers; Communicate, maintain, & develop a long-lasting relationship w. clients; Update senior management; Visit event locations; & Service plan involving the deployment of staff. Requirements: Candidate must possess availability to travel within the state of New Jersey; candidate must possess previous experience as a Catering Manager; Event Planner; Event Producer; Food Service Manager; or any similar position related to catering & event planning.
