Seeking a proactive, agile sales leader to drive business growth through new client acquisitions and expanding existing accounts in the consumer product sector. With strong communication and leadership skills, this dynamic individual will identify opportunities, inspire teams, and achieve objectives. Proficiency in recognizing and implementing select capabilities and technologies to meet client needs for optimal growth and expansion.

Your key responsibilities

  • Develop, communicate, implement and drive a comprehensive Business Plan (incl. vision, strategy, long term sales goals, profitability improvement, strategic innovation initiatives, etc.)

  • Develop and nurture effective and productive Client Relationships to deliver mutual success through partnership, helping clients powerfully leverage fragrance as a growth driver in their business with a focus on growth within multicultural brands

  • Collaborate with marketing and consumer insights to build deep multicultural consumer intelligence base to comprehensively address diverse consumer needs

  • Develop, lead and nurture highly effective and impactful cross functional team dynamic to deliver best in class fragrances and service.

  • Collaborate with demand planning, customer care and supply chain to ensure high level of service to clients and define accurate pricing and margin parameters for each project, according to guidelines

  • Anticipate clients’ needs and establish a solid proactive program to generate new business opportunities

You bring

  • Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred

  • Minimum 7 years of sales or category experience in strategic fragrance, personal care, hair care, oral or home categories

  • Proven track record in expanding new client base and driving dynamic growth within consumer categories

  • Demonstrated success in client relationship management and value creation

  • This role entails a perfect balance of 50% new business development and 50% maintaining and growing existing accounts.
