BAYADA Home Health Care is currently seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team in Prescott Arizona. In this role as a Full-Time RN, Registered Nurse Preceptor, you will train, coach and mentor newly hired RNS and LPNs. In this exciting new role, you will precept, coach and mentor our nurses to ensure we are delivering exceptional care to adult and geriatric patients living in their homes. In this role, you will also maintain a small caseload of patients.

Qualifications for a BAYADA nurse Preceptor:

· A current nursing license in good standing in the state

· Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma

· Previous Home Health Care experience is required as an RN Preceptor
