Essential / Skin Health Supply Chain EMEA
This position reports into the Strategics Programs Lead for Essential & Skin Health and is based at Prague, Czechia.

What you will do
This position will be accountable for driving the trade customization strategy for Essential & Skin Health in EMEA and will implement best practices across the region. The position will report to the Strategics Programs Lead for Essential & Skin Health EMEA.
Key Responsibilities
Drive the trade customization strategy including recommendations for network, location, up- vs downstream and equipment and drive the implementation of required changes across the region.
Perform Value Stream Mappings and implement best practices across the region.
Benchmark industry best practices and continuously advance capabilities
Closely collaborate with the Commercial and local Supply Chain Teams to standardize the co-packing menu considering our virgin plastic reduction targets.
Identify and implement regional cost improvements and cost avoidance opportunities.
Define and implement actions to improve OTIF-D and reduce lead times.
Implement a governance model to adhere to the model and menu.
Qualifications
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required. MBA, MS, or other advanced degree is preferred. A degree in engineering, supply chain, or relevant field is a plus.
A minimum of 10 years experience in Supply Chain is required, including direct experience with Trade Customization.
Strong technical knowledge with demonstrated ability to think strategically, identify and implement best practices across the region is required.
Proven ability to manage projects and identify appropriate methods to collect and analyze a diverse set of data and understand supply chain issues to develop appropriate solutions based on the findings.
Strong business and financial acumen with demonstrated analytical skills including understanding of financial principles and how to leverage this knowledge to make sound business decisions and/or recommendations to achieve business goals in a complex environment with multiple layers of stakeholders.
Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to act as a change agent and adapt to changing business and organizational dynamics is required.
Leadership experience with collaborating, networking, and influencing in a matrix organization is required with demonstrated ability to interact with all levels of management and lead discussions without line authority to create alignment of senior cross-functional stakeholders
