What you will do

The Sr. Demand Planner Zug Trade is responsible for analyzing highly complex internal and external customer needs, benchmarking comparisons of complex business processes, and identifying appropriate implementation measures for new business processes:

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute demand planning strategies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate forecasting and inventory management

• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

• Communicate demand planning insights and recommendations to senior management

• Continuously evaluate and improve demand planning processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy

• Develop and implement demand planning strategies that align with business objectives and customer requirements

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and optimize internal capacity and supply chain processes

• Continuously monitor and analyze market trends, customer behavior, and sales data to improve demand forecasting accuracy

• Lead the development and implementation of new forecasting software and systems

• Manage and mentor a team of demand planning professionals

• Develop and maintain executive-level reports and presentations on demand planning performance and trends

• Identify and prioritize opportunities for process improvement and cost savings

• Provide guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders on demand planning processes and best practices

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning or related field

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Desired Qualifications

• Experience with syndicated data and statistical modeling

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment

• Experience with sales database and web applications

• Ability to negotiate and manage conflict effectively

• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills

• Experience with demand planning software and tools
