Celonis Senior Product Designer (Make Scenarios) in Prague, Czech Republic

Make is the leading visual platform for anyone to design, build, and automate anything—from tasks and workflows to apps and systems—without the need for coding skills. We are headquartered in the flourishing tech hub of Prague, Czech Republic, and our teams are spread across the USA, UK, Germany, France, Canada, India and Chile, among other locations.

We believe that design has a big impact on business and currently, we are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team and take the experience of our visual scenario canvas to the next level. In this role, you’ll work with our teams on the core part of Make’s experience–building scenarios.

You’ll work to deeply understand the business environment and needs of these customers, and define the best experience for how they use Make. You’ll collaborate with a team of highly talented product managers, designers, and engineers who appreciate user experience and want to build the best products in the market.

Make scenarios are a high impact part of our business, and we’re looking for someone who is fascinated by understanding how people think and create. Make is a no-code/low-code platform, and this role requires a strong interest in understanding how a developer would think, but balancing that against user expectations for no-code solutions.

What we are looking for:

  • A designer who believes that working in diverse teams and with complex systems brings out even more creativity

  • Hands-on experience with design at all stages, from concept to final hand-off (e.g. wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, UI assets)

  • Passionate about problem solving and understanding complex systems

  • Desire to innovate, to come up with new ideas

  • Strong desire to base UX decisions on user research and data

  • Can apply UX/UI principles in service of a delightful but usable solution

  • Basic understanding of HTML & CSS and like to work proactively with developers

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Ability to give & receive constructive feedback in design reviews

  • Portfolio of prior UX work, with examples of shipped products including specific contributions in the design directions and decisions

  • Written and verbal fluency in English

What you’ll do:

  • Collaborate with Designers and PMs on understanding the needs of our customers

  • Identify opportunities to improve the end-to-end experience, by taking a holistic approach to the journey

  • Deliver detailed UI screens in Figma, and collaborate with PM and Engineering to align on requirements

  • Run experiments and deliver learnings based on which UX and Product decisions are made

What we offer:

  • RSUs grant in a rapidly growing company raising its value every day

  • Annual bonus

  • Multinational team with 42 nationalities creating the future of automation

  • Learning & Development plan (online language, professional courses, conference tickets and other trainings) & 2 Company Learning Days per year

  • 3 Company Impact Days per year

  • Notebook/Macbook and 34’’ curved monitor

  • 25 days of vacation, 4 sick days, company day off on 31st December

  • 10 care days to care for your loved ones

  • ‍‍‍ Extra parental vacation (3-6 months)

  • RSUs grant for a newborn child

  • ☂️ Life insurance

  • ️ Benefit Plus Cafeteria (incl. MultiSport Card)

  • Remote working allowance

  • Snack bar, coffee, tea, fruit and vegetable, and sweets all day - every day - available for everyone

  • Monday breakfast, Wednesday lunch, and Friday break, with company-provided food and drinks, with music and lively discussion

  • Flexible working hours + home office
