Kenvue is currently recruiting for:

an experienced and dynamic IT Project Lead to oversee the implementation, management, troubleshooting and continuous improvement of Modern Meeting rooms within our organization. Besides that, the candidate will use his IT skills to assist other service owners in the P&C team on technical projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of modern meeting room technologies, including Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) rooms, digital signage, and associated equipment and has a very good foundation in all Microsoft Stack.

What You Will Do

  • Project Management: Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of Modern Meeting room projects or similar, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

  • New Installations: Oversee the setup and configuration of new meeting rooms, coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure optimal functionality of modern meeting technologies.

  • New Demand Assessment: Collaborate with various departments to assess and analyse the organization's evolving meeting room requirements, proposing innovative solutions that align with business needs.

  • Life Cycle Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive life cycle management strategy for both Modern Meeting rooms and Legacy Meeting rooms, ensuring regular updates, upgrades, and equipment replacements as needed.

  • Technology Expertise: Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in meeting room technologies, including Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, BYOD solutions, and digital signage techniques. Apply this knowledge to optimize the performance and user experience of meeting room environments.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Facilities, and Audiovisual (AV) teams to ensure seamless integration of meeting room technologies with existing infrastructure.

  • Training and Support: Provide training to end-users on the effective use of meeting room technologies and features. Offer technical support and troubleshooting assistance when required.

  • Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality control processes to ensure meeting room technologies are consistently reliable, functional, and user-friendly.

  • Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation related to meeting room configurations, technology specifications, maintenance schedules, and user guidelines.

  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process enhancements and cost optimizations. Recommend and implement improvements to elevate the meeting room experience.

  • Provide training and create documentation for end-users to effectively utilize Microsoft productivity tools and cloud voice services.

  • Develop user guides, tutorials, and FAQs to empower users and reduce support inquiries.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • STEM degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in project management, ideally in the IT environment.

  • Solid understanding of modern technologies with preference in Meeting room technologies, including Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and BYOD solutions.

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.

  • Proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends and technological advancements.

  • Microsoft Certification is highly recommended.

Desired Qualifications

  • Project management certification (PMP or equivalent).

  • Experience with digital signage solutions and integration.

  • Familiarity with AV equipment and setup.

  • Knowledge of networking and infrastructure requirements for meeting room technologies.
