Insight Global Senior Project Manager (Office Relocation) in Portland, Oregon

Job Description

Insight Global Health is looking for a hybrid Senior Project Manager to work with Providence Health Plan staff in identifying facility needs, defining requirements, and creating a plan for implementation. This project manager will manage major office moves, including reconfigurations and furniture requests as needed. They will also oversee the build-out of specialist office facilities, training rooms, and mail facilities. They will be responsible for developing and managing schedules for individual projects and scheduling the critical relocation of departments. This project coordinator will work directly with Providence Facility Management, Security, and Vendors. This person will work onsite in the Portland, OR metro area.

Skills and Requirements

  • 3+ years of project management experience

  • 3+ years of prior experience in facilities coordination, space utilization, and building operations

  • Knowledge of technological, regulatory, security, and workplace trends related to facilities management

  • Experience managing a large office relocation - PMP certification

  • Membership in a professional organization null
