QUALIFICATIONS FOR A DIRECTOR OF INFANT ADOPTION Master\'s Degree in Social Work or a related field (i.e., Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, etc.) with minimum 4-6 years of related experience. Advanced understanding of Attachment Theory, Trauma Informed Care, and evidence-based practices regarding interventions for children, youth, and families.
