General Purpose

Merchandising and sales activities in large format / Grocery accounts across Southern Maine, Southern New Hampshire, and Northern Massachusetts. Stocking shelves, inventories, executing on new items, obtaining store displays, and other additional duties. Mileage reimbursement for personal vehicle use.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure displays are set to plan-o-grams

  • Check and report product voids

  • Maintain ad hoc merchandising

  • Manage inventory levels minimizing out of stocks and dump

  • Execute all sales programs, POP (point of purchase) materials, and work to maximize sales in each store

  • Set new stores and perform required resets

  • Manage in-store customer fulfillment programs to include scan-based trading and web based ordering

  • Travel to customer store locations as required within a specific geographical area

  • Assist with customer service issues or complaints

  • Complete pricing surveys as required

  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

  • 2 to 4 years of retail, customer service, or related experience

  • Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment
