We are looking for a diligent FP& A Manager/Supervisor to join a team in Portland, Maine. This role involves a deep dive into financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and extensive grants management. The successful candidate will be adept at data management, with the ability to live in the data and explain it. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes

• Utilize Excel and Power BI at a high level for efficient data management and analysis

• Perform variance/gap analysis, providing firm and compassionate explanations to program personnel

• Manage capital and engage with the C-Suite effectively

Requirements

• Proficient in Accounting Functions including preparation, analysis and reporting of financial statements

• Experience in managing Budget Processes such as planning, tracking and reviewing

• Knowledge of Capital Management, including strategies for raising or investing funds

• Ability to communicate effectively with C-Suite and other high-level executives

• Familiarity with Blackbaud software for financial management and fundraising

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
