Job Description: We are seeking a Prep Cook to join our kitchen team! As a prep cook, you'll be responsible for preparing ingredients, following recipes, and ensuring all food is ready for cooking. You'll play a key role in making sure the kitchen operates smoothly, providing essential support to our chefs and kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and chop vegetables, fruits, meats, and other ingredients as needed
Follow recipes and portioning guidelines to ensure consistency
Organize and store ingredients properly to ensure freshness
Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
Assist in assembling and plating dishes during service
Ensure all prep work is completed before the start of service
Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, adhering to all health regulations
Requirements:
Previous kitchen or prep cook experience preferred but not required
Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain focus
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
