Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and energetic Bartender to join our team! As a bartender, you'll be responsible for crafting delicious drinks, providing top-notch customer service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Your role will include mixing beverages, taking orders, handling payments, and ensuring the bar area is clean and stocked.
The ideal candidate has strong multitasking skills, a friendly personality, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy making people feel at home, we'd love to have you on board!
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to recipes
- Engage with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Monitor and manage inventory, restocking as needed
- Follow all safety and alcohol service regulations
Requirements:
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
