Express Employment Professionals Medical Receptionist in Port Angeles, Washington
Overview:
A Port Angeles chiropractic office is seeking a temporary receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide excellent customer service to their patients.
JOB DUTIES:
May include but not limited to the following:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries.
- Verify insurance information and collect payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks and data entry as needed.

Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Front desk experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Hours/Shift: Mondays & Wednesdays 8:30AM-6:00PM
Tuesdays & Thursdays 7:30AM-1:00PM
Fridays 8:30AM-5:00PM
