Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in Pontiac, Michigan. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in our finance team, overseeing all aspects of financial record keeping, including the processing of payroll and reconciliation of accounts. You will also be responsible for dealing with customer inquiries and following up on leads.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently process customer credit applications

• Maintain meticulous records of customer credit information

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions

• Work closely with the external CPA for year-end close

• Carry out Bank and Account Reconciliations

• Engage with customers, follow up on leads from various sources

• Assist with Michigan Taxes and quarterly taxes in collaboration with the external CPA

• Handle payroll duties, including logging hours, double-checking all the hours, and creating paychecks

• Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar role

• Proficiency in QuickBooks is mandatory

• Demonstrated ability in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Experience in Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation

• Skilled in Account Reconciliation

• Experience in Bank Account Reconciliation

• Ability to perform Balance Sheet Reconciliation

• Knowledge in managing Payroll

• Familiarity with Quarterly Taxes

• Experience in Month End Close procedures
