What you’ll do:

"This new role is required to support all the product categories for the plant.

ECN Management, BOM creation, SAP Knowledge are the technical skills required to perform this job responsibilities in a effective manner.

Maintaining the ECN conformance, Bill of Material, process (routings) and operation times / costs encompassing the execution and continual updating and monitoring of the Master data’s, to ensure complete accuracy in Material Master

In addition, will be working on the product image capturing and uploading in the PDH portal, 360 deg image capturing of products for the EATON order center enhancement."

"ERP + PIM

• Create Product data scorecard & Dashboards for ES-EMEA.

• Support Projects & On demand analysis based on business requirement.

• Provide Impact analysis of any changes in the system or process.

• Use data quality tools to analyze the data for quality or harmonization purposes

• Support UAT/CRP testing for any new system implementation / SAP migration projects or SAP enhancement projects,

• Support data maintenance for item phase out process

• Support on demand root cause analysis & Provide solution

• Understand the interface logic and data flow between the system.

• Run detailed master data reports and support the product data analytics specialist in generating the metrics.

• Create and update the documents like work instruction, Process flow chart or swim line diagrams.

• Create and Enhance the Power BI reports based on requirements.

• Continuously improve the business process by identifying new methodologies or new tools introduced in EATON.

• Support & Co-ordinate with Lead data steward for any new process implementation or Data enrichment in ERP system due to the regional policy announcements.

• Co-ordinate with Technical team and implement the changes in ERP & PIM systems as per the LDS/business requirement.

• Responsible to monitor the interface between system, and maintain the new values in respective mapping tables as per the procedure.

ERP – specific

• Migrate items to different ERP systems to enable sales synergy across systems

• Improve the data life cycle processes with the support of the central MDM team

• Send updates to local organizations with non-integrated stand-alone ERP systems

• Govern interface reports from master data interfaces

• Provide guidance / solution to division on master data related issues.

ECN - Specific

• Plan and organizes the integration of information to the company ERP system, with particular emphasis to part information, Bill of Materials, Routings and Label data to ensure 100% data accuracy

• Liaises with NPD, Process Improvement, Manufacturing Engineers and Business Units to ensure that appropriate levels of information are referenced through the routings including standard shop practices

• Plant ERP Audits and Supplier Bom Audits to be completed for ensuring smooth business process"

Qualifications:

BE/B.Tech Electrical /Mechanical

1-3 years - Proven and solid experience working in the following ERP system : both SAP and Oracle

Skills:

• Eaton.com, Online catalog, Product Data Hub and underlying PIM master data resolutions

• Multiple ERP Systems Oracle and SAP Un1ty

• Strong data analytical skillset
