Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of accounting experience, with a strong background in multi-entity accounting, fixed assets management, depreciation, prepaids, accrual-based accounting, and cash flow reporting. Proficiency in advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUPs is essential. This is a full-time, in-office position requiring extended hours during half of the month.

1.Multi-Entity Accounting:

• Manage accounting activities for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards and regulations.

• Consolidate financial statements and prepare intercompany reconciliations.

2.Fixed Assets Management:

• Maintain and track fixed asset schedules, ensuring proper capitalization, depreciation, and disposal of assets.

3.Depreciation and Prepaids:

• Calculate and record monthly depreciation and amortization expenses.

• Manage prepaid accounts, ensuring timely recognition of expenses.

4.Accrual-Based Accounting:

• Perform month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.

5.Cash Flow Reporting:

• Prepare and analyze cash flow statements, forecasting cash needs and managing liquidity.

• Monitor and report on cash flow variances.

6.Advanced Excel Usage:

• Utilize advanced Excel functions such as pivot tables and VLOOKUPs to analyze and interpret financial data.

7.Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with other departments to gather financial data and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

• Communicate financial insights and recommendations to management.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience.

• Strong knowledge of multi-entity accounting, fixed assets, and accrual-based accounting.

• Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to work extended hours during peak periods.
