Responsible for checks and processes to ensure product meets regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
Monitor in-process product, environment, evaluations, and real-time determination-for food safety and quality in assigned areas.
Must be able to effectively navigate the usage of quality tools and equipment, scales calipers, thermometers, sight line, and infinity
Must be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of product flow, product codes, size limits and label attributes.
Various schedules are available, and some overtime may be required.
