This role will be responsible for supporting the US Vascular, EndoAVF, and Superficial Venous (SVI) Sales organizations. Analyst business partners with Sales Leadership and OU Finance and will have numerous collaborative opportunities with Sales Operations and Marketing. This role will on helping manage the full US P&L, inventory as well as act as a key contributor to our IBP process.

A Day in the Life

• Business partner with and provide financial support to the Sales Leadership team and their respective Sale Organizations – working closely with supporting functions, America’s COE and OU Finance.

• Perform forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and annual planning in support of key financial processes and business planning

• Analyze key sales metrics and financial data across the Business including sales, implants, bulk deals, pricing, market trends, expense and commissions management.

• Key contributor to Integrated Business Planning (IDP) – driving process improvement and alignment across various functions

• Collaborate with Sales Ops, Marketing, Supply Chain on special projects

• Ensure fiduciary control and financial reporting/processes are performed for the respective Therapy in accordance with the Worldwide Finance Manual, U.S. CV Sales Policies, and U.S. GAAP.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required with 7+ years of experience or Advanced Degree with 5+ years of experience required.

Nice to Have:

• 6+ years of work experience in Finance and/or Accounting

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize, improve processes, and multi-task, in a high-paced environment

• Strong business acumen: ability to learn/understand the business and influence key stakeholders at various management levels to drive and increase value to the organization

• Positive attitude, with a high degree of initiative and accountability

• Motivated to work independently with limited manager oversight

• Preference is for position to be based onsite in MN, but open to US remote.

• MBA/CPA

• Excellent written/oral communication, presentation and influencing skills

• Experience with MDT financial/reporting systems (SAP, Hyperion, CMR, SPEND, BOXI) and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
