The Project Coordinator II - Construction position provides critical and timely administrative support on complex facilities and new construction projects to ensure a best-in class fulfillment experience for both internal and external customers. The Project Coordinator II will work in a fast-paced dynamic environment in concert with Project Managers (PMs) and other key players to transition, organize, plan, coordinate and execute facilities projects on-time and on budget. The Project Coordinator II will work at the project operational level to ensure efficient use of resources, and must have the ability to effectively manage multiple complex projects over a large geography simultaneously. Key Responsibilities Include: Provide execution assistance to the PM including but not limited to status reports, project escalation support, scheduling meetings, and supporting the completion of forms and other artifacts by project participants Coordinate with Project Managers and/or Program Managers to ensure project plan is current and accurate. This includes processing plan updates provided by the PM, and communication of the project plan, as well as managing version control Facilitate the execution of engineering's training plans by owning logistics of scheduling training classes and processing requests for new training documents standards, policies, updates, and other program artifacts Assists with revisions to project schedules: generating tasks, estimates, dependencies and milestones Monitor and coordinate the tracking of project issues, and working with the team to provide timely status updates to business line or other interested parties Coordinate end user training including setting up training sessions and coordinating training logistic, as applicable Project tracking, Reporting and Support Creating monthly detailed project forecasts and monitoring monthly detailed project forecasts Minimum Requirements 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Communication, Business, Industrial Engineering, Economics, IT or related discipline 2+ Years of project coordination experience Preferred Knowledge and Skills Experience with building construction projects What's In It For you: Medical/Dental/Vision coverage, PTO, 401K match, support for community involvement and much more!
